We collect account details such as name, email address, organization membership, authentication records, billing references, and support communications. Hosted platform features may store models, material libraries, license activity, and related project data that you choose to save.

2. Local application data

JW Slope and JW Rockfall are designed to run substantial computation in the browser. Files that you open locally are not uploaded unless you explicitly use hosted account, library, licensing, or sharing features that require server storage.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide the services, authenticate users, manage organizations and licenses, process billing, send operational messages, respond to support requests, protect against abuse, and improve reliability and product quality.

4. Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics, error reporting, and security operations. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to Jiwootech.

5. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege operational access, and separation of production secrets from source control.

6. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate accounts, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups. Account or organization data can be deleted when it is no longer required.

You can update account information, remove users from organizations, delete project data you control, or contact us about access, correction, export, or deletion requests.
